This authorization can be used by foreign mail order companies or B2C sales (within the EU and from third countries) as well as by foreign manufacturers or B2B sales (only within the EU) for their legally compliant sales to Austria. Please select the respective product types (packaging, electrical appliances, batteries and disposable plastics) that you sell to Austria when placing your order.
This authorization only applies to flat-rate and annual notifiers with a maximum licensing fee of EUR 1,500 per product type and year.
After a successful purchase in our Click & Comply Shop, please fill in the following data on the power of attorney, which will be sent to you immediately after completion of your purchase:
- Indicate your product types: On pages 1 and 2 of your authorization, you can digitally mark your respective product types (packaging, electrical appliances, batteries and/or disposable plastics) that you sell in Austria, as well as the type of distribution channel (B2B for manufacturers, B2C for mail order companies).
- Indicate your collective categories: In Annex 1 of the power of attorney, please also tick the respective collective categories for each product type ordered that you distribute in Austria or will potentially distribute in the future -> for your information: more crosses within a product type do not cost more, but give you the certainty that these collective categories will also be covered for you in the future. Please do not check any collective categories of product types that you have not also indicated on page 1 and/or page 2 of your power of attorney.
- Details of your dealers (only for B2B distribution): In the event that you also supply Austrian dealers, please indicate the respective "commercial distributors" (your dealers) in Austria in Annex 2. If you supply a large number of dealers, it is sufficient for the moment to indicate your TOP dealers with the largest share of sales for this purpose.

that this power of attorney is only accepted and can only be concluded in combination with a valid system participation contract for packaging, electrical appliances and/or batteries with a maximum licensing fee of EUR 1,500.00 p.a. per product type with ERP Austria and that this will also be checked by ERP Austria after conclusion of the purchase.
- that you may only select those product types in the power of attorney after completing your purchase that you also ordered when completing your purchase, otherwise your power of attorney will not be accepted or your order will have to be canceled and changed.
- that for a successful registration of your power of attorney with the Austrian authorities, a notarial certification of the power of attorney(signature certification) in German or English or a corresponding translation is also required. The authorized signatory representative of your company can either visit a notary's office themselves or hand over the processing and organization of your personal online appointment with our partner notary's office - available here in our store - to us and add it to the shopping cart. You will then be contacted promptly.
The annual fee for the power of attorney will be invoiced to you annually by ERP Service GmbH if you do not cancel the power of attorney, so you do not have to order the power of attorney separately here in the Click & Comply Shop every year. Should you exceed the annual fee of EUR 1,500 in the future, we will contact you in good time to adjust the annual fee.
