For your compliance in the area of packaging, WEEE, batteries and single-use plastics, Austrian law requires that your power of attorney is certified by a notary (signature certification) so that your registration is recognized by the responsible Federal Ministry for Climate Protection, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation and Technology (BMK).
By purchasing this product, we support you in processing the notarization of your power of attorney.
After we have obtained the necessary data from your authorized representative (name, mobile number and e-mail address) in active consultation, you will receive the link for a WEB-ID procedure after a certain waiting period and, after successfully completing it, an online appointment with our partner notary's office.
You can carry out all process steps conveniently online from the location of your choice. Prerequisite for the procedure: in order to be able to carry out the WEB-ID procedure and the notary appointment, it is necessary that you have a functioning webcam/laptop camera, that your ID document is clearly legible and that the notary appointment can be held in either German or English.
The purchase amount will not be refunded if these conditions are not met. You will receive an invoice containing the product name after purchase.
