The Authorised Representative Service provides authorisation in the area of extended producer responsibility for packaging. The service is intended for foreign companies without a legal entity in Germany. The required volume reporting in LUCID is transferred to the authorised representative.
Scope of Services
- Authorisation by the DS Entsorgungs GmbH in accordance with Section 5 of the German Packaging Act (VerpackG)
- Transfer of the producer's rights and obligations to the authorized representative.
- Provision of the service agreement and authorisation documents by email after product purchase
