This service supports companies in managing packaging compliance across all European countries. By selecting your required scope of service on a country-by-country level, we can precisely identify which steps are due to be carried out on a country level. Based on that information we coordinate registrations, assignment of Authorised Representatives (AR) and reporting obligations. In order to be able to conduct the required tasks, we will gather the locally required data efficiently and manage all administrative processes centrally. Scope of Services
- Registration of your company and packaging in the selected countries
- Coordination of PRO registration (one registration per country included) and conclusion of the required agreements based on a power of attorney
- Selection and appointment of a suitable Authorised Representative (AR), where required
- Coordination and conclusion of the AR agreement based on a power of attorney
- Submission of the country-specific reporting, minimum reporting frequency included
- Centralised pan-European coordination and administration
