This service package supports companies in fulfilling their obligations related to waste electrical and electronic equipment. It includes the appointment of an Authorized Representative and covers required processes and reporting. The service is intended for companies placing limited quantities of equipment on the market.
Scope of Services
- Registration of the contractual partner with Stiftung ear
- Notification of permanent cessation of placing products on the market according to § 6 ElektroG
- Participation in a financing system for B2C equipment (guarantee contract)
- Provision of suitable collection containers according to § 15 ElektroG
- Collection of B2C waste equipment after assignment and provision of new containers according to § 16 ElektroG
- Reuse or transfer of waste equipment to an appropriate treatment facility
- Fulfillment of reporting obligations according to § 27 ElektroG, including monthly input, output, and annual reporting
- Ongoing communication with Stiftung ear
