This service package supports manufacturers and importers in fulfilling their obligations for electrical and electronic equipment. It includes the organization of reporting, take-back, and recycling processes. The service is intended for companies placing limited quantities of equipment on the market.
Scope of Services
- Registration of the contractual partner with Stiftung ear
- Notification of permanent cessation of placing equipment on the market according to § 6 ElektroG
- Participation in a financing system for B2C equipment
- Provision of suitable collection containers according to § 15 ElektroG
- Collection of B2C waste equipment after assignment and provision of new empty containers according to § 16 ElektroG
- Reuse or transfer of waste equipment to an appropriate treatment facility
- Fulfillment of reporting obligations including monthly input quantities, output reporting, and annual statistics
- Ongoing communication with Stiftung ear
